StoryBook is a multilingual children's picture-book app that offers reading, audio recording, printing, and family sharing features. It is designed for parents and caregivers to enjoy with young children.
Accounts must be created and managed by an adult (parent or legal guardian). As the account holder, you are responsible for all activity under your account, including any use by children in your family.
All content in the app — including stories, illustrations, and built-in audio — is owned by MindBuds or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use this content within the app. Printed copies are for home use only.
You own the copyright to the audio recordings you create. When you choose to make a recording public, you grant MindBuds a non-exclusive license to display it within the app. You can revoke this license at any time by setting the recording to private or deleting it. You are responsible for the content of your recordings.

We do our best to keep StoryBook running smoothly, but the service is provided "as is." We cannot guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, MindBuds' total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in advance through an in-app notification.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it together.
